Join a thriving civil engineering firm known for its strong land development practice as a Lead Land Development Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and deliver both private and public land development projects while mentoring junior engineers and working closely with clients and firm leadership. Key Responsibilities Drive and manage land development projects from initial concept through to construction completion. Prepare and supervise site civil designs, including grading, drainage and stormwater systems, utilities, and erosion and sediment control. Collaborate with local municipalities, counties, and regulatory agencies. Manage the permitting and entitlement processes effectively. Provide valuable technical mentorship to engineers and designers. Support business development endeavors and build robust client relationships. Ensure timely project delivery within budget and uphold exceptional quality standards. Qualifications Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required. 8 or more years of land development experience is essential. Strong understanding of site civil design and local permitting processes.
