Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inquiries from customers or clients via email and telephone calls, providing clear and helpful communication. Record Keeping: Maintain well-organized digital and physical files and records for easy retrieval and auditing. Workflow Optimization: Manage your time effectively to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines. Continuous Learning: Quickly master new internal systems and adapt to evolving data entry procedures and software tools. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative support role. Technical Proficiency:Proficient and fast typing skills (high WPM preferred).
