Job Summary As a Field Sales Executive focused on Payment Solutions, you will be instrumental in enabling small and mid-sized businesses to modernize their operations using our industry-leading platform, Genius®. Your role encompasses the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will work closely with your District Manager and sales leadership for guidance while thriving in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This position is ideal for motivated, tech-savvy sales professionals who are eager to provide impactful solutions that help local businesses enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do Promote and sell Genius® and a variety of Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized enterprises in the restaurant, retail, and service sectors. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking initiatives. Conduct value-driven presentations both in-person and virtually, demonstrating how Genius® can streamline payments and enhance customer loyalty. Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities and convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of your pipeline and activities in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes and follow-ups. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing merchants regarding new features and upgrades. Stay updated on the fintech landscape and product innovations to position yourself as a valuable advisor to clients. What You Bring Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS, fintech, or merchant services sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, confident in engaging customers in various settings. High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit that drives you to exceed targets. A professional demeanor with the ability to genuinely connect with business owners. Familiarity with the restaurant or retail sectors is a plus. A valid driver's license and willingness to spend at least 75% of your time in the field. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred. Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience are necessary. Must reside within the designated area. Compensation The annual on-target earnings (OTE) are $100,000 and above. The base salary starts at $40,000, and you will earn residual income from the accounts you develop. Enjoy monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding quotas and achieving stretch goals.
