Job DescriptionJob Description_Learning and Development Coordinator – Contract – Hybrid_The successful candidate will bring prior L&D program support experience, strong administrative, operational, computer, and organizational skills. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, enjoys working behind the scenes and is confident using digital tools and platforms.Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for Learning at Work Week and other initiativesManage calendars, scheduling, and session logisticsCoordinate internal and external speakersTrack registrations, attendance, and related dataPrepare and format materials using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Maintain documents and resources in SharePointSupport the delivery of virtual meetings, sessions, and webinarsEnsure smooth coordination across multiple activities and stakeholdersDraft and manage written communicationsAssist with reporting and tracking Required Skills & Experience Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Experience using SharePoint or similar systemsComfortable managing calendars, scheduling, and logisticsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple prioritiesTech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., Canva, Mentimeter)Strong written communication skillsAble to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience coordinating virtual meetings or webinars Education Bachelor’s degree a plus, Related administrative and technical capabilities are priority _ Hourly salary is commensurate with experience_
