Assistant District Manager

This position will assist the district manager in the overseeing and execution of daily operations across four ZAXBYS locations (Lavonia,GA, Elberton,GA, Walhalla,SC, and Pickens,SC) Recruitment, onboarding, training, and tracking of development of all team members through the online ZAXBYS University portalLTO Rollouts at all locations to ensure proper training of new menu itemsUtilizing brand specific software to guide management in daily operations relating to speed of service, inventory, and laborEnforcing brand standards and performing assessments at each location to make sure standards are metDriving is required for this positionRestaurant experience is required/Please include all in your resumeUpon hiring, in store training and "Operations Training Manager" certification will be completed within a set timeframeThis is a full time position intended to be Monday-Friday
