Job Description As an HR Technology Solution Architect, you will play a key role as a technical leader, turning complex business challenges into innovative technological solutions that enhance employee experiences. Your expertise in our HR tech stack will be instrumental in crafting comprehensive solutions that empower execution teams, developers, and partners to achieve outstanding results. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as you will present HR technology strategies in design and delivery meetings while making informed decisions that align with project goals and mitigate potential obstacles. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to identify pain points, gather enhancement ideas, and explore new use cases throughout the employee lifecycle. Convert vague issues (e.g., case escalations, onboarding challenges, automation gaps) into well-defined problem statements, specifying scope, impact, and stakeholder personas. Lead technical feasibility discussions and create a prioritized backlog for people-experience technology and core HCM, ensuring tasks are ready for execution teams. Design technology solutions that facilitate seamless employee journeys across platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, AskGM (AI Assistant), and others, focusing on measurable outcomes like automation and efficiency. Clearly present various solution options to stakeholders, ensuring complex technology topics are easily understandable. Align platform capabilities with business needs, advising when a process change may be more beneficial than a custom build, and escalate significant decisions to leadership appropriately. Help set configuration standards for Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other technological solutions. Review major designs and configurations to confirm they meet experience expectations, architectural integrity, integration standards, and operational readiness. Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders in People Services, HR Operations, IT, vendor partners, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with IT to ensure solutions are consistent with enterprise architecture standards. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in HR Technology implementation or delivery, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workday, or similar HR platforms. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing comprehensive HR processes that involve multiple systems and teams. Experience integrating automation tools with enterprise SaaS solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with People Services (shared services) aimed at increasing the efficiency of support at various tiers. Compensation: The compensation details here are intended as a good faith estimate for this role, based on applicable state laws. Actual base salary may vary depending on relevant factors for the position and the selected candidate's location. The salary range for this position is $140,100 - $186,700. The actual base salary will depend on individual qualifications and experience. Bonus Potential: Incentive pay programs are available, rewarding company performance, job level, and individual contributions. Benefits: We offer a comprehensive array of health and well-being programs, including medical, dental, vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, retirement savings, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, tuition assistance programs, and more.
