Perform thorough analyses of project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Execute detailed quantity take-offs and pricing assessments. Efficiently solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers. Engage in scope reviews, value engineering, and comprehensive risk assessments. Support preconstruction meetings and contribute to impactful client presentations. Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients. Stay abreast of historical cost data and current market trends to inform project estimates. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Experience with large-scale commercial projects is preferred. Strong grasp of construction methods, materials, and processes. Proficient in estimating software and take-off tools. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to work independently and contribute positively to a team environment.
