Key Highlights 100% No Touch Dry Van freight Focus on Eastern Seaboard Regional routes Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will have the opportunity to train with an experienced mentor for 4-6 weeks Bi-weekly home time (out for 12 days, home for 2) 1 day of paid orientation ($300) at the closest hub location based on your residence Flexible driving schedules available, day or night Average weekly mileage around 2500 miles Requirements Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training Minimum age of 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL Clean driving record with no major incidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years No terminations from previous jobs for any reason No DUIs within the last 5 years; subject to safety review for all criminal offenses Solid 10-year work history with minimal gaps in employment, except for school or training, maximum 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the last 3 years Ability to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screening No drivers from NYC or Boroughs Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $1200 to $1400 weekly Pay of .55 to .65 per mile based on experience Earn $15 for each stop made Trainees earn $650 per week for 4-6 weeks if they have less than 6 months of experience Eligible for a .06 per mile safety bonus (no incidents/accidents, maintain fuel efficiency at 7mpg) Comprehensive benefits package starting after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO
