Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering exceptional customer service while modeling a Customer 1st behavior Pumping gas and overseeing fuel transactions Conducting daily tours and inspections to ensure compliance and safety Documenting and reporting any incidents or security issues Cleaning up fuel spills and completing relevant reports Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the fuel center Handling cashier functions efficiently Answering phone inquiries with professionalism Adhering to corporate policies and safety guidelines Staying informed about emergency procedures and contacts Collaborating effectively in a high-paced environment Resolving conflicts amicably and respectfully Supporting diverse customer bases, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults Seeking assistance when necessary and following directions What You Bring to the Role: Familiarity with fuel industry terms and processes Ability to work independently without direct supervision Desire to learn and grow within the company Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in a similar position Knowledge of company policies and procedures About Mariano’s: At Mariano's, we are proud to be part of the Kroger family, serving customers across over 40 locations in the Chicago Metro area.
