Our client operates two fully-staffed offices, ensuring you can concentrate on the clinical aspects of dentistry without the administrative burden. A guaranteed draw (GDR) for the first six months. Access to a hygienist for every dentist. This opportunity involves providing comprehensive dental care in a private practice, offering both PPO and fee-for-service (FFS) options. Responsibilities: Create tailored dental treatment plans and coordinate care with patients. Perform all aspects of bread & butter dentistry to meet patient needs. Comply with all federal and state regulations, including dental board rules. If experienced, lead and mentor clinical support staff to enhance patient treatment. Receive hands-on mentorship if required. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree. A minimum of 2 years of practice experience is preferred; this role is not suitable for students or those with less than 2 years of experience. Understanding of fee-for-service and PPO dental models.
