Traveling Electrical SuperintendentBryan Electric, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Electrical Project Superintendents to support our commercial retail projects nationwide. We are a national electrical contractor licensed in 31 states, offering long-term opportunities for qualified leaders who are ready to travel.This role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to successfully manage projects of varying size while working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.Travel is required. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.Responsibilities & Qualifications Supervise and manage crews of 10–15+ employees5+ years of experience managing commercial new construction and/or remodel projectsRead and interpret blueprints and construction documentsProficient with project management software, electronics, and reporting toolsCoordinate layout and installation for underground, overhead, wall rough, and related systemsWork directly with utility companies and service providersEnforce jobsite safety standards and proceduresMaintain project schedule and budget in coordination with the Project ManagerSubmit daily reports and weekly timesheetsOperate equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.Available for night and weekend work as project demandsJourneyman License or State Master's License preferredValid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test What We Offer Performance-based bonus programMonthly truck allowanceCompany-provided fuel card for business travelPaid housing while travelingPer diem for out-of-town workPaid trips home every 2–3 weeksHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective the first of the month following your start date401(k) with generous company match after 6 months100% employer-paid short-term and long-term disabilityCompany-provided cell phone and iPadDISCLAIMER All Superintendents must be able to pass a drug screening and background screening.
