Summary The Graphic Account Supervisor plays a critical role in managing all customer graphic needs for exhibitions, tradeshows, corporate functions, and public events through compelling visual media. You will collaborate with Growth, Delivery, Design teams, and clients to ensure that all graphic elements are executed to perfection. This position supports our Graphics Account Management group under the Growth (Sales) team and offers a hybrid work schedule, typically requiring in-office and/or onsite presence 2-3 days per week. The chosen candidate will work from one of the following locations: Dallas, TX Las Vegas, NV Orlando, FL Nashville, TN Atlanta, GA Essential Duties & Responsibilities Engage with clients to gather comprehensive graphic requirements. Deliver graphic specifications to Design and Delivery teams. Collaborate with production branches on graphic execution for events. Set deadlines for graphic requirements to optimize production timelines. Create and layout designs, including artwork samples and final layouts for client approval. Facilitate the client review and approval of final layouts, designs, and placements. Provide print-ready files to Delivery upon client approval. Ensure high quality throughout the entire production process. Develop and maintain production tracking manifests for all graphics. Education & Experience REQUIRED: Associate's degree preferred, or a High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant work experience. Outstanding customer service and exceptional organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. PREFFERED: Familiarity with grand format printing and special event graphics production. Knowledge of the graphic production process to recommend suitable materials for specific applications. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
