In this role, you will: Keep a watchful eye to prevent emergencies and ensure all guests are safe. Welcome patrons and visitors with a friendly demeanor. Assist in monitoring pool water quality. We are dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of our team members, acknowledging that our people are our greatest asset. To be a Lifeguard, you must: Be at least 15 years old. Hold Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications, or be willing to obtain them. Meet physical requirements, including the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods in various environments, enter and exit the pool without assistance, and lift up to 40 lbs. Be comfortable in and around water and be a proficient swimmer. Possess reliable transportation and attend scheduled in-service training.
