Keep the Operation Running Smoothly: Facilities Coordinator A growing manufacturer supporting food, dietary supplement, and pharmaceutical operations is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to ensure its facility remains safe, efficient, and production-ready. This role is essential to maintaining building systems, coordinating vendors, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Hours & Pay Shift: First shift Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time What You'll Do Each Day Facilities Maintenance & Operations Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems, utilities, and production equipment Manage contractors and service providers for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, and facility services Conduct proactive facility inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues and reduce production downtime Space Planning & Coordination Assist with office layouts, furniture installations, and manufacturing floor changes Coordinate moves, additions, and changes while minimizing disruption to daily operations Support efficient space utilization to meet production and business needs Safety & Compliance Support compliance with OSHA, environmental, building code, and GMP requirements Assist with safety procedures, emergency response plans, and preventive maintenance programs Conduct safety inspections and track hazards, corrective actions, and compliance metrics Projects, Vendors & Collaboration Support facility projects, renovations, and upgrades from planning through completion Track project timelines, costs, and schedules Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure service quality and compliance Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support manufacturing needs Perform additional facility-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of facilities coordination, maintenance, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment Experience scheduling work and coordinating multiple priorities Strong computer skills and professional communication abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to lift 25-30 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and climbing Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification Familiarity with OSHA, GMP, and environmental compliance standards Experience working with maintenance or facility management systems Benefits & Perks This position offers weekly pay along with access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance , a 401(k) , short-term disability coverage , employee discounts , and additional offerings .
