This position works closely with the branch director to ensure that employees receive the necessary support regarding human resources needs and keep electronic personnel files updated. Qualifications Education and Experience (Essential): High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in computer use, including typing and clerical skills. Education and Experience (Desired): Six months of experience in healthcare office functions is preferred. Qualifications: Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Capable of multitasking while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Effective problem-solving skills and organizational capabilities for multitasking. Understanding of issues related to the delivery of home care services. Requirements: Valid state driver's license. Maintain automobile liability insurance as per legal requirements. Dependable transportation in good working condition. Able to drive safely in various weather conditions.
