This remote position allows you to deliver care to patients across all 50 states while achieving a work-life balance. You will be supported by our team of Clinician Advocates and full-service support staff, who are dedicated to finding the right virtual positions that match your expertise, passion, and schedule. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work independently, making diagnostic and therapeutic decisions according to established standards of care, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies. You will focus on common conditions encountered in episodic, acute, and primary care practice. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual exams, document findings, evaluate and diagnose medical and behavioral health conditions, and create comprehensive treatment plans. Provide patient care addressing a variety of common chronic conditions. Adapt to changes in processes and practice in a dynamic environment. Communicate effectively with fellow healthcare providers and maintain thorough charting and messaging. Deliver healthcare that emphasizes the integration of medical science, patient preferences, and investment in future patient confidence. Provide insights to enhance the quality of care and overall operational processes. Qualifications: Must hold active APRN licensure in at least 5 states; please list these on your resume. Current national certification in family practice (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in family practice, primary care, or urgent care preferred. Requirements: Availability to work extensive weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical expertise and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Competence in providing patient education at every interaction. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for patients using telehealth technology. Professional and timely in all patient interactions. Experience in telemedicine or virtual care settings is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage. Compensation: $20 per synchronous visit. $8 per asynchronous visit. $7 for patient no-shows. Additional Info: Payment is based on consultations completed (1099 contract type).
