Key Responsibilities Lead the development of technology proposals tailored to align with client needs and effectively showcase Cadmus's capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and articulate innovative technical solutions for proposal submissions. Serve as the technical volume lead, crafting persuasive narratives that highlight Cadmus's unique value proposition. Analyze RFPs/RFQs and develop targeted response strategies, maintaining continuous communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process. Utilize insights on industry trends to strategically position Cadmus in the market, fostering continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance analysis. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in crafting successful technology proposals for government and public sector clients, with a knack for strategizing responses and aligning technical solutions. Strong capability for conceptualizing and designing technical solutions, with an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape. Exceptional proposal writing and editing skills, adept at conveying complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner. Prior experience as a technical volume lead or contributor is highly valued. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, developing cohesive strategies for proposals. Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills, along with excellent presentation abilities to communicate value propositions compellingly. Proficiency in managing client relationships and utilizing market knowledge to enhance proposal submissions strategically. A commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to refine the proposal process. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance are required. Additional Information: All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen. The minimum starting salary for this position is $160,000, with potential for higher compensation based on relevant experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
