And right now, we're looking to add an experienced Aggregate Truck Driver to our growing team. Position: Aggregate Truck Driver (Belly Dump / Heavy Hauling) Class A CDL-driver What You'll Do:Safely haul aggregate materials to and from job sites using well-maintained equipment. Operate belly dump trucks for sitework, construction, and earth-moving projects. Learn and grow your skillset in heavy hauling (training provided if you don't have heavy hauling experience). Occasionally run over-the-road (OTR) loads as needed. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Work closely with the team to deliver materials on time, contributing to the overall success of the project. What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience operating belly dump or End Dump trucks. Heavy hauling experience is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right candidate. Clean driving record and a valid CDL (Class A). Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and handle minor maintenance. Mechanically inclined a plus! Strong work ethic and dependability; must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the sitework industry. Comfortable with occasional overnight travel for OTR loads.
