We are seeking a Clinical Manager, Clinical Services, to provide regional clinical oversight across multiple dialysis clinics in DuPage County. Mission-driven work - Improve the lives of patients living with CKD What You'll Do Provide regional oversight for multiple dialysis clinics Drive clinical quality metrics and measurable outcome improvement Reduce hospitalizations and improve pre- and post-treatment outcomes Ensure audits and clinical reviews are completed, analyzed, and actioned Serve as the primary clinical escalation point Partner closely with physicians and operational leaders to solve complex clinical challenges Implement and sustain clinical education initiatives and best practices Promote a culture of proactive, continuous clinical improvement Leadership Without Direct Reports This is a pure clinical leadership role with no formal people management responsibilities.
