Settlement Operations Administrator

Job Description The Settlement Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate execution of settlement and billing processes for Lowe's. You will be responsible for data gathering, organization, and order updates within our Order Management System. Your work will have a direct impact on Independent Contractor Pay and Hub Group Revenue from Lowe's. Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm (30 min lunch) Sunday - Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm (30 min lunch) Pay: $17.26/hr Core Responsibilities & Duties: Organize and prepare all Lowe's orders for daily payment and billing. Identify proper additional and exception pay necessary for all orders. Update the Order Management System with accessorial and minimum pay for Independent Contractors, including exception billing events. Collaborate directly with the Settlement Manager, other Settlement Administrators, Field Operations, Billing, and IT departments. Work as part of a team within the Settlement department. Adhere to and enforce all operational policies. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in logistics and/or billing is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all support departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office products; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively. Skilled at identifying and resolving problems and knowing when to escalate issues to management. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups within the organization. BEWARE OF FRAUD!
