Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region, providing compassionate and comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, including evaluations, care planning, medication management, and patient education, all within the scope of advanced practice licensure. Job Summary Under the guidance of the Medical Director, you will support primary care clinics by offering flexible coverage across multiple outpatient settings. This includes managing patient care during provider absences and ensuring continuity through in-basket and urgent message coverage. Your work location will vary based on daily clinic needs, emphasizing adaptability and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote health education. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and comply with regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration. Adapt to changing work environments and patient populations with a positive, leadership-oriented approach. Education and Experience Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice or Physician Assistant studies. Minimum of two years' experience as an ARNP or PA is highly preferred. Licenses and Certifications Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. DEA certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Skills and Abilities Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills across a broad range of medical conditions. Proficiency with healthcare technology and electronic documentation. Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
