Job Description Join our support organization, where your expertise will make a significant impact! As a Goldengate Principal Technical Analyst, you will provide exceptional post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's valued customers, acting as a key advocate for their needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving non-technical inquiries as well as technical questions related to our Electronic Support Services. You will serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong customer relationships and offering valuable advice to Oracle team members on complex customer issues. Your focus will be on High Availability solutions including Backup and Recovery, Corruption, and Data Guard, specifically addressing Goldengate issues for Exadata and Oracle Cloud customers. Responsibilities As a Principal Support Engineer, your mission is to deliver high-level technical support, ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction. You will leverage automated technologies to diagnose, document, and resolve customer issues effectively. Your role as an expert in technical problem solving will have you frequently consulted for complex, critical customer challenges. This may involve providing support through on-site visits as needed. Requirements 5+ years of Goldengate experience 10+ years of technical support experience 10+ years of DBA experience 10+ years of experience with High Availability products You will be expected to work a standard day shift (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EDT) and will be engaging with US Government customers, thus only US citizens will be considered for this role. Salary and Benefits The starting range for this position is between $30.87 and $67.88 per hour, translating to an annual salary between $64,200 and $141,200, with potential equity opportunities.
