Key Responsibilities: Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems using your Epic knowledge. Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into EMR functionality and enhancements. Utilize your experience with various interfaces and integration setups to deliver effective solutions. Work directly with clinics to identify workflow gaps and provide practical solutions. Engage in the design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems. Collaborate with clinicians to develop and adapt protocols as needed. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions to enhance performance. Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in the healthcare sector and EHR experience, focusing on Epic. Epic Ambulatory Certification is essential. Proficiency in implementing Ambulatory Bones Smart Forms. Solid understanding of Ambulatory Bones workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategies. Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, and stakeholders. High School Diploma or GED is required.
