Bonus Program: As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to earn a restaurant performance bonus that is paid during each pay period. What you'll do as a Taco Bell General Manager: Drive restaurant profitability by managing cash flow, security protocols, inventory levels, labor costs, and financial reports, making informed decisions as necessary. Recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff. Coach and train all employees to achieve operational excellence and restaurant success. Conduct inventory counts to manage stock levels effectively. Ensure a clean and enjoyable restaurant environment and provide every guest with a welcoming experience alongside high-quality products. What you bring to the table: At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred). You must be at least 18 years of age. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Physical capability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for the duration of shifts, navigate compact spaces safely, and operate kitchen equipment. Compensation: Compensation will reflect your skills and experience. Specific salary ranges will be discussed during the hiring process, with expected starting pay between $62,353 and $70,000 per year.
