Job Description Join the Oracle Customer Success Services team, where innovation meets expertise! Responsibilities Work with business partners to gather requirements and convert functional needs into technical specifications for CX - Sales Cloud and Subscription. Implement Sales Force Automation and manage processes including Lead Management and Opportunity Management. Oversee Account and Contact Management, ensuring activities like Tasks, Appointments, and Calls are efficiently organized. Drive Sales Performance Management, Territory Management, and Quota Management initiatives. Manage Incentive Compensation, Sales Forecasting, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM). Facilitate Partner onboarding and management along with Deal registration and collaboration. Handle Sales Campaign Management including integration with marketing activities. Ensure proper Customer Data Management (CDM), maintaining a centralized customer master data repository. Contribute to Sales Planning including territory and quota planning with resource assignment. Leverage your knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud for managing subscription offerings. Utilize web services technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, and security standards. Apply your understanding of the CPQ Data Model effectively in projects. Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers to provide exceptional customer support. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will enhance your contributions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (BE, BTech, MCA). 10+ years in implementation and support, with 5 years focusing on Oracle CX Cloud products. In-depth experience in CX processes and CPQ solution areas. Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, KnockoutJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Python, VBCS, and Redwood. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites. Good-to-Have: Excellent communication skills and experience in project management. Familiarity with Service Requests (SRs), Requests for Change (RFCs), and My Oracle Support is advantageous. Experience with OAC-Essbase platforms is a plus. The hiring range for this role is between $46.30 and $95.91 per hour, translating to an annual salary between $96,300 and $199,500.
