Sanitation Technician - Swing Shift

Job Full Description Clackamas, OR | Full-Time | $19.50/hr Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM About the Role: We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to maintain cleanliness and safety across office, warehouse, and operational areas. This role is essential to daily operations and supports both interior and exterior facility cleanliness in a fast-paced production environment. Job Duties Perform general janitorial duties in offices, breakrooms, restrooms, warehouse, and operations areas Maintain exterior walkways and parking areas free of debris and garbage Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial cleaning equipment Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and light fixtures Refill GMP and safety supply containers throughout the facility Empty, clean, and reline all garbage receptacles Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, and equipment as needed to clean designated areas Remove stains from machines, walls, and floors using approved chemicals and solutions Assist as a packaging line operator when needed Follow all SOPs and work instructions for assigned tasks Complete additional duties as assigned based on operational needs Requirements 2-4 years of experience in sanitation, janitorial, or similar work Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Ability to read, write, and speak basic English and perform basic math Experience using hand trucks and/or Zamboni equipment preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious Oregon City, OR 1952 735 E Claredon Street Suite 100 Gladstone, OR 97027
