Your core responsibilities include: Conducting patient visits and coordinating client care Consulting with physicians and the office regarding patient care Performing accurate OASIS collection Maintaining up-to-date medication profiles Reporting lab values to physicians in a timely manner Participating in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications To excel in this position, Registered Nurses (RNs) should meet the following qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrated knowledge and skills in current nursing practice A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
