Your Role: As an Associate Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our tax office during the busy tax season. You'll have the opportunity to exceed client expectations while leading daily office operations. Initially, you'll work part-time in late fall, transitioning to a full-time schedule from January through April. What We're Looking For: Experience in supervising or managing staff. A proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. Your Responsibilities: Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader and serve as a key point of contact for office associates and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Enforce accountability among tax office associates regarding client service experiences, escalating issues when necessary. Handle escalated client service concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure efficient client scheduling and resolution of conflicts, escalating as needed. Lead from the front desk, engaging clients directly to create remarkable experiences. Oversee daily operations to ensure associates are scheduled effectively and tasks are completed on time, maintaining high quality and priority standards. Facilitate daily huddles to keep associates informed and connected. Your Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily office functions. A customer-centric attitude coupled with exceptional communication abilities. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule, aiming for 40 hours per week.
