Provide quotes for technicians and service advisors. Collaborate with the parts manager to locate non-stocked items. Process special order part requests for both customers and service personnel. Communicate with customers on the status of parts orders. Handle cashiering duties. Perform weekly inventory counts. Manage shipping and receiving tasks. Skills Strong critical thinking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, computer-based environment.
