SHIFT SUPERVISOR STARTING AT $16.25 You are applying for work with DG Smith Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by overseeing daily operations and ensuring that Taco Bell standards are consistently met. You will take ownership of the shift, demonstrating strong decision-making skills and a commitment to solving problems as they arise. Your leadership will inspire Team Members to excel in their roles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality food. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Resolve customer complaints promptly and with a friendly demeanor, enhancing the customer experience. Prepare food items with respect to food safety and quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees by adhering to all safety protocols. Provide constructive feedback to Team Members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage cash handling and inventory procedures according to company policies. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant and its surroundings. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail. Basic personal computer skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks for most of the shift. Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks. Reliable transportation is necessary.
