Responsibilities Outpatient heart and vascular center specializing in congestive heart failure treatment, monitoring, medication management, and surgical care Daily caseload of 8–10 patients per technologist 4x9.5 hour day shifts, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (~36 hours/week) No on-call or weekend requirements No floating to other service lines or sister facilities Charting performed in Epic (experience preferred) First-time travelers are considered for this position Candidates who have previously worked as permanent staff or PRN at any facility within this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to work as a traveler Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are considered local; non-local candidates are prioritized, and local candidates are considered on a case-by-case basis All requested time off must be submitted upfront; approval is based on facility needs Completion of online orientation modules is required prior to the start of the assignment No specific scrub color required Free parking on-site Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer Dual certification required: RDCS or RCS and RVT; CCI certification is also accepted Current BLS (AHA only) SC license required if applicable SSN and Driver's License required for consideration 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-678575.
