Senior Product Manager - Google Workspace Solutions

The Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to oversee Google Workspace for our Global EY Microsoft 365 support team. In this vital role, you will manage and configure Google Workspace to strengthen our Business Continuity Planning for senior executives around the globe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other Product Managers, technical leads, and engineers while also providing expert guidance on foundational Microsoft 365 products like AvePoint MyHub, along with vital aspects of licensing and user provisioning. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional products that enhance employee experiences, boost productivity, and promote well-being. Identify and implement innovative solutions to tackle business challenges leveraging Google and other tools. Oversee the rollout of new Google Workspace features and updates according to the GWS roadmap. Adopt a client-centric approach, ensuring quality and excellence in every deliverable. Create and advocate for unique service models that achieve outstanding results for our clientele. Utilize offshoring and near-shoring strategies to optimize outcomes. Encourage team member development while embracing EY's core values and promoting diversity. Collaborate with Risk, senior leaders, Crisis Management, and Business Relationship Management to fulfill operational and strategic goals. Work directly with Google to adapt their products to better serve our needs. Coordinate with engineers and technical leads across Google Workspace and Microsoft/AvePoint configurations. Assist product managers and operations teams in testing and transitioning to new services or upgrades. Drive continuous improvements in service, both technically and procedurally. Collect and report KPIs to enhance ownership of the services provided. Skills and Attributes for Success To qualify for the role, you must: Have a proven track record in implementing Google Workspace services across multiple sites. Understand attribute management and synchronization with various systems, including Talent and Active Directory. Effectively communicate the significance of Google Workspace in a Business Continuity Planning context. Possess experience in integrating internal infrastructures with Google Workspace cloud settings, with a focus on security and RBAC models. Maintain a strong emphasis on risk management, data privacy, security, and user experience across Google Workspace and Microsoft products. Exhibit excellent leadership skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate strong documentation and troubleshooting skills. Showcase outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Build and nurture strong networking and relationship skills. The salary range for this position in various U.S. locations is $116,300 to $217,500, with the potential for increased salary in regions such as New York City Metro Area and California.
