Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. This will include obtaining patient information and updating health records, scheduling follow-up appointments, procedures, and tests, recording patients' vitals and administering vaccines, and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility. Experience and skill in maintaining records and recording test results. Ability to interact pleasantly and professionally with various professional staff and patients. The ability to maintain quality control standards would be our preference. Qualifications REQUIRED: A minimum Associate's degree. REQUIRED: 3-5 years of experience with eClinical Works medical records software. Familiarity with standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and credit card machines. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects. BILINGUAL IS A PLUS. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL SETTING. TYPING SKILLS.
