The Role As a Field Sales Consultant, you will engage directly with homeowners to assess their properties, identify exterior remodeling needs, and present tailored solutions. You will work with warm and self-generated leads, representing a trusted brand and guiding customers through the entire sales process from inspection to contract. This is a relationship-driven, in-home sales role with robust support, tested systems, and high-quality products standing behind you. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners for scheduled and self-generated appointments Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) Educate customers about materials, warranties, and project options Present estimates and finalize contracts in-home Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless transition to production Monitor activity and pipeline using CRM tools Represent Potomac Custom Remodeling professionally in the field What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, construction, or remodeling is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in the field Competitive, driven, and eager to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and perform basic exterior inspections If you are ambitious, professional, and want to be part of a reputable company, you will thrive here.
