As a Senior Product Manager with the ed2go team at Cengage Group, you will help build a technological foundation that connects learners, partners, and enterprise systems. Your leadership will shape the vision and roadmap for platform functionalities, data workflows, and integrations, all aimed at creating seamless and enriching learning experiences. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Define the Strategy and Vision Develop and refine the roadmap for ed2go's platform, data, and integration capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and analytics teams to align technical projects with business objectives. Drive efforts to enhance platform scalability, data integrity, and system connectivity. Build and Enhance Integrations Oversee the complete lifecycle of integrations across Salesforce, SAP, and other learning systems. Work with enterprise teams to improve data sharing utilizing modern APIs and event-driven architectures. Ensure systems exchange accurate, secure, and timely information to boost operational efficiency and learner satisfaction. Collaborate Across Teams Engage closely with product, engineering, analytics, and design teams to provide shared services and tools for efficient decision-making. Partner with marketing, service, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful use of integrated capabilities. Promote open communication and collaboration among technical and business stakeholders. Deliver Results and Continuous Improvements Create clear, results-oriented epics and user stories that guide development and evaluate success. Balance immediate priorities with long-term technical strategies. Encourage agile best practices and ongoing improvement across teams. Qualifications We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in product management or related technical roles. Proven track record in leading platform, data, or integration-driven projects. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and system design. Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, and GA4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information. Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams. Curiosity and empathy, paired with a determination to achieve impactful outcomes. Experience in edtech, ecommerce, or enterprise SaaS sectors is a bonus. Compensation At Cengage Group, we are proud to offer a competitive Total Rewards package that supports and empowers our workforce. The compensation range for this position is provided below, considering factors such as experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographical location. Base Salary Range: $117,100.00 - $152,200.00 USD This position is also eligible for our discretionary incentive bonus program with a target of 15% of the annual salary, contingent on individual performance and overall company results.
