In this role, you will be a confident manager, adept at anticipating SAP platform and industry trends while translating client objectives into actionable outcomes. You will leverage various SAP capabilities to generate business value and transform end-to-end functions while establishing leading best practices for clients in global markets. The more complex their challenges, the more excited you will be to lead the charge in addressing them. The Work: Collaboration with clients on SAP functional transformation programs will leverage your combined SAP application and functional process expertise: Engage with client executives to discuss business challenges and the potential of SAP solutions. Lead clients in defining their SAP journey through the creation of business cases and roadmaps, participating in sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations. Architect end-to-end solutions utilizing SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner solutions. Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on industry best practices, utilizing SAP solutions and embedded innovations. Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, both onsite with clients and within Accenture. Become a trusted expert and advisor by staying updated on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise. Serve as a thought leader, building assets and best practices while mentoring the next generation of transformation experts. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements. Here's What You Need: A minimum of 6 years of experience in the SAP S4 Core SD (Sales & Distribution) area. At least 2 SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementations with S4 Core, including hands-on design and configuration. Experience supporting the Products Industry and/or its clients. A background in leading a large Global delivery model. Previous experience in an advisory or consulting role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (at least 12 years of work experience); an Associate's degree requires a minimum of 6 years of work experience. Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As required by local law, we provide a reasonable range of compensation for applicable roles as outlined below.
