Benefits: 401(k) matching Competitive salary Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Training & development Job Overview: Join our team as a Registered Sleep Technologist and help us deliver high-quality sleep services! We are looking for dedicated professionals to work the full-time night shift, providing essential diagnostic testing and patient care 3-4 nights a week (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM) in our Sleep Lab Centers. Responsibilities: Testing and Data Collection: Conduct polysomnographic tests and ensure accurate data collection. Equipment Preparation: Prepare and calibrate equipment, and apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks as per protocols. Monitoring and Recording: Oversee patient activities, ensure study quality, and document clinical events, including respiratory and cardiac issues. Data Analysis: Score clinical incidents and compile data for physician evaluation. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and laboratory protocols. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program is preferred. Certifications: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification is preferred; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required. Experience: Previous experience as an RPSGT in a sleep lab setting. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; proficient in operating equipment. Good vision for close, distant, and peripheral viewing, with the ability to focus on tasks. Capability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally. Additional Information: Vaccination and immunization records or titers may be necessary. Up to 10% travel may be required. Must meet federal employment eligibility requirements (E-Verify participation).
