Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Efficiently select and gather products for online customer orders while ensuring quality and freshness. Accurately assemble orders and process payments at the point of sale. Communicate necessary substitutions to customers during pick-up. Maintain a neat and organized staging area for all orders. Deliver and load orders into customers' vehicles with a friendly attitude. Carefully read and follow instructions for each order to guarantee accuracy. Use a portable phone to interact professionally with customers. Adhere to food safety procedures and all company policies and legal requirements. Assist in training new team members and support productivity standards. Effectively manage conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner. Engage with diverse groups of customers, ensuring respectful and supportive interactions. You should thrive in a dynamic environment and possess strong communication skills.
