The Opportunity We are on the lookout for an exceptional Product Manager to oversee Google Workspace within our Global EY Microsoft 365 support team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and configuring Google Workspace to enhance our Business Continuity Planning for senior executives worldwide. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers, technical leads, and engineers, offering your expertise in foundational Microsoft 365 products like AvePoint MyHub, along with key aspects of licensing and user provisioning. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding products that enrich employee experiences, enhance productivity, and encourage well-being. Identify and implement creative solutions to address business challenges using Google and other tools. Manage the rollout of new Google Workspace features and updates in line with the GWS roadmap. Adopt a client-centric approach, ensuring excellence and quality in every deliverable. Create and advocate for innovative service models that yield exceptional results for our clients. Utilize offshoring and near-shoring strategies to maximize results. Foster team member development while embodying EY's core values and promoting diversity. Collaborate with Risk, senior leaders, Crisis Management, and Business Relationship Management to achieve operational and strategic objectives. Engage directly with Google to tailor their products to better meet our needs. Coordinate with engineers and technical leads across Google Workspace and Microsoft/AvePoint configurations. Assist product managers and operations teams in testing and transitioning to new services or upgrades. Drive continuous improvements in service, both technically and procedurally. Collect and report KPIs to enhance accountability for the services rendered. Skills and Attributes for Success To qualify for the role, you must: Have a demonstrated history of implementing Google Workspace services across multiple locations. Understand attribute management and synchronization with various systems, including Talent and Active Directory. Effectively communicate the role of Google Workspace in a Business Continuity Planning framework. Possess experience in integrating internal infrastructures with Google Workspace cloud configurations, focusing on security and RBAC models. Maintain a strong focus on risk management, data privacy, security, and user experience across Google Workspace and Microsoft products. Exhibit excellent leadership skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrate strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities. Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills. Build and maintain robust networking and relationship skills. The salary for this role varies across U.S. locations and ranges from $116,300 to $217,500, with potential for increased pay in regions such as the New York City Metro Area and California.
