We are in search of an individual who possesses advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) systems, including coaches, generators, and body repairs. If you have a passion for resolving mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues, we want to meet you! A successful Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, self-motivation, and proficiency in various maintenance and repair tasks. Your expertise in areas such as Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or RV Service would be a great asset to our team. What You'll Do: Provide thorough diagnostic tests and perform repair or replacement services for customers. Conduct maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Document all parts and materials utilized in repairs or replacements. Keep your supervisor informed about your work progress. Deliver high-quality results that meet inspection standards set by your supervisor or a designated person. Maintain a safe and organized work environment for both customers and coworkers. What You'll Need to Succeed in this Role: Certification from a college or technical school in a related field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is a plus, but applicable work experience is also highly valued. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a service technician or in related fields is preferred. RVIA certification is beneficial but not required. Be open to potential exposure to heights and hazards while working with electrical and welding equipment. Prepare for possible environmental conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness. Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for extended periods. Must supply your own hand and shop tools. Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. A valid driver's license is preferred. Compensation Overview: The pay for this role ranges from $22.00 to $38.00 per hour, based on various factors including skills, experience, training, and certifications.
