As a Mid and Closing Shift Supervisor, you will manage daily restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts, under the guidance of exempt management. We’re looking for candidates who: Are at least 21 years old Have a minimum of 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred) Can demonstrate high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction Exhibit business maturity and effectively supervise peers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Have a passion for the business and compassion for people Are highly energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Have strong oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding leadership and conflict resolution skills Possess basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Are basic personal computer literate Can work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
