Mid and Closing Shift Supervisor Range: $17.65 - $21.28 Are you ready to step up and lead a fun-loving team? As a Mid and Closing Shift Supervisor, you will manage daily restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts, under the guidance of exempt management. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate candidates and current Team Members who embody our values to be selected for leadership training and growth. You will excel in guest interactions and ensure top-notch product quality and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. If selected for this role, you may be involved in additional hourly positions for which you're certified, based on the restaurant's needs. We’re looking for candidates who: Are at least 21 years old Have a minimum of 1 year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred) Can demonstrate high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction Exhibit business maturity and effectively supervise peers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Have a passion for the business and compassion for people Are highly energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Have strong oral and written communication skills, along with outstanding leadership and conflict resolution skills Possess basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Are basic personal computer literate Can work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays. Other Compensation (requires qualifications and requirements): Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must work 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance (requires qualifications and requirements): Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits (requires qualifications and requirements): 401k retirement plan (with company match up to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year). Paid Time Off (requires qualifications and requirements): 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
