KEY HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES Drive a customer-first culture to establish lasting relationships. Become proficient in our product categories, clearly communicating features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable goals such as units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT). Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements. Assist in maintaining merchandising standards and store presentation. Support merchandise processing and replenish floor stock. Accurately handle sales transactions and uphold cash accountability. Collaborate with management to enhance skills and performance metrics. Complete opening and closing procedures according to company standards. Comply with all applicable laws and company policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Maintain high standards of work, attendance, and appearance. QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work longer hours if needed. Up to 10% travel to support local stores when necessary.
