OTR Open Deck Company Drivers Drivers can earn up to $105,000 per year Average weekly pay ranges from $1,700 - $2,200 Mileage pay is set at 81 CPM Bonus opportunities and additional stop pay available Conveniently home every 3 weeks Primarily operating in the Midwestern and Southern states Majority of loads are pre-loaded and secured Driving top-of-the-line equipment: 2024 Freightliners & Kenworths with APUs and enhanced trim packages Experience hauling flatbed, step deck, & RGN trailers No prior open deck experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training OTR Open Deck - Specialized Drivers Drivers can expect to average $1,750 per week with bonuses- compensation is experience-based Must be open to being on the road for 2+ weeks; home time will vary based on location Driving lanes include the lower 48, focusing on the Northeast, Southeast, and East Texas All trucks are brand new, 2024 Western Star models Drivers must obtain a TWIC card and be comfortable with self-loading/unloading at ports Company Driver Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, & vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Health savings account to manage your healthcare costs Generous paid time off Paid orientation to get you started Earn up to $7,500 with our driver referral bonus Flexible pet & rider policies Quarterly bonus opportunities Pay varies based on experience and performance.
