KPMG is looking for a dynamic Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Review tools and outputs related to process mapping, visualization, and data analysis. Lead teams to document current and future states of financial management functions, oversee change management efforts in finance transformation, develop financial strategies, and create training materials. Identify key stakeholders and enhance organizational processes related to financial management and operations, including workflow and roles & responsibilities. Supervise root-cause analysis, validate corrective actions, and create roadmaps outlining dependencies and risks. Prepare responses to audit requests, assist in walkthroughs, maintain communication with stakeholders, and manage formal project activities. Research and interpret Federal standards, policies, and regulations, communicating their impact on financial operations. Qualifications: At least five years of experience in Federal financial management, controls, reporting, budgeting, auditing, or audit readiness. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, CDFM, CFE, or LSS preferred. Familiarity with FASAB, GAO, FAR, FMR, CFR, Treasury, and OMB regulations. Solid understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading financial practices. Willingness to travel as needed for firm engagements. This position requires daily on-site presence in the St. Louis, MO area. Must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
