Registered Nurse (Hospice) (New Grads Are Welcome) Location- Swansea, IL Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM | 1 Weekend On-Call/Month About the Role We are seeking two full-time RNs to join our hospice team, providing compassionate end-of-life care to patients in long-term care, assisted living, and home settings. New graduates are welcome! Compensation & Benefits New Grads: $75K base + $30/month cell + $0.70/mile Experienced RNs: $80K-$85K base + $30/month cell + $0.70/mile Health & dental (50% employer-paid), vision (100% employer-paid), 401K PTO: up to 15 days + 7 paid holidays Paid on-call ($2/hr) + after-hours admission/visit incentives Responsibilities Provide physical, emotional, and psychosocial hospice care Average 2-7 patient visits/day; admissions as needed Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (MDs, therapists, volunteers, etc.) Support patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care Requirements Current Illinois RN license BLS certification Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Strong commitment to patient- and family-centered care
