Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Elizabeth, CO 80107 Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM | 5 Days/Week (37.5 Hours) Pay Rate: $30-$34 per hour Job Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support within a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support students' academic, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support Accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data Support student engagement, classroom participation, and skill development Utilize de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies as needed Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to school policies and procedures Required Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (in hand) Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience preferred CPI certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding Strong communication, documentation, and behavioral intervention skills For more details contact at hdavda@ or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
