KPMG is currently seeking a skilled manager to oversee the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Technical Adoption within our Global Technology & Knowledge Group at KPMG International. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team to ensure the technical adoption process runs smoothly and effectively. Collaborate with diverse departments within the Global Information Security Group (GISG) and engage with external GSOC projects. Interact with GSOC operations to create and maintain vital process and procedural documentation. Provide valuable insights on technical adoption strategies and overarching GSOC objectives. Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability to foster a respectful and courteous workplace. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience in the security field, coupled with at least five years in IT, is preferred. A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer networking, or computer security, or an equivalent relevant experience. CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications, or equivalent qualifications, are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, results-oriented operational environment. Experience working within high-performing teams and a comprehensive understanding of teamwork dynamics in a Security Operations Center setting. Familiarity with security monitoring solutions for Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
