Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress meticulously following facility guidelines and regulatory standards. Participate actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless patient care. Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Certifications State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. CPR certification is preferred. Additional specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory. Skills Previous hands-on experience is strongly preferred.
