Join the J&R Schugel team as a CDL-A Company Truck Driver! Earn an annual salary between $74,000 and $90,000and enjoy a $500 Onboarding Bonus! Compensation and Mileage Details: Dry Van Drivers: $0.55 - $0.68 CPM Estimated annual earnings: $74,000 - $85,000 Refrigerated Drivers: $0.625 - $0.71 CPM Estimated annual earnings: $78,000 - $90,000 Veterans earn an extra $0.01 CPM Average miles driven weekly: 2,200 - 2,500+ Onboarding Bonus of $500 + Vacation Pay of $1,000 Bi-annual wage reviews and unlimited referral bonuses of $2,000 per driver Compensation for detention, layover, and stop time (Earnings vary based on location and may include monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM for under 3 years experience or $0.05 CPM for 3+ years experience, depending on employment status.)
