Position Responsibilities: Performs special repairs, modifications, or installations efficiently and within the required time frame. Under supervision, installs and maintains irrigation systems, pumps, pressure tanks, sprinkler controls, and connectors, as well as repairs gas lines, valves, alarms, and related equipment. Operates specialized plumbing tools and equipment, including ratchet cutters, reamers, jetter drain cleaning machines, pipe wrenches, chain wrenches, and pipe vices. Diagnoses and resolves major plumbing issues by troubleshooting problems, repairing or replacing parts, and taking appropriate corrective actions. Installs plumbing systems and works in specialized areas such as gas, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC-related plumbing. Qualifications: Journeyman Plumbing license issued by the county preferred & a valid FL Driver License with no more than 4 points. Technical School on related field.
